The first thing I noticed was how good this hotel smelled. They keep it clean and tidy. Room was comfortable, you need to request extra pillows at the front desk. Rain shower head was a treat. Breakfast was well served, but a bit disorganized with the shared tables. Overall, great location and I'd definitely return.

This hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in ( and my wife and I stay in a lot of hotels). Everything on the property was simple, in good condition, and spectacularly clean! The girls cleaning our room each day did a great job. This really was probably cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen. Great area in Batel with good restaurants, cafes, coffee shops around. I wish it had a gym, but that is really minor wish, I would never hesitate to stay here again. We paid for daily parking, but it was nice garage below hotel.

First time at the Moov, after this trip, I also stayed in the Moov Porto Alegre. Best value ever, in both locations. Better than I expected. New, extremely clean, the lighting and colors are very warm and welcoming. The room would seem small, but it's exactly what you would need if you're traveling with 2 people (I was by myself and it felt like more than enough room). Breakfast was also delightfully descent. Very nearby Patio Batel and good restaraunt/bar area. Vending machines in the lobby are an excellent idea, but if you're hungry, there's a subway across the street. This area seems very safe and pleasant. I hope they build a Moov and every big city of Brazil.

Fui abordada na sala do café da manhã e praticamente expulsa porque minha diária não tinha café incluído o que foi ridículo- concordei então em pagar e não me deixaram voltar pro café da manhã se não pagasse adiantado!! Uma falta de RESPEITO TOTAL COM O HÓSPEDE! Sendo que obviamente eu não iria fugir né!! Os meus pertences certamente são mais caros que 40 reais. Certamente não me hospedarei nesse hotel jamais!!!!!

HOTEL BOM COM RECEPCIONISTAS DE MA VONTADE.
Decepção ao fazer o check-in, pois ambas as atendentes visivelmente com má vontade. Creio que a recepção de um hotel é o seu cartão de visitas; sendo assim essa função deve ser exercida por pessoas mais preparadas ou ao menos que tenham prazer em fazer o que fazem.
