Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Horrible experience!
They are horrible!!!!! I arrived for check in and they didn’t have any room available , I had a paid reservation and they booked me at a cheap hotel in a very sketchy area. I felt unsafe and very disrespected because I was with my family and they put everyone in risk!!!! Don’t trust your book because they oversold and you gonna have a room in a cheap and different hotel!

Custo beneficio não valeu a pena
Ao chegar no hotel, descobrimos que o estacionamento fica na rua de tras e, tinham vários moradores de rua em frente ao hotel e no caminho do estacionamento. Como era tarde da noite, corremos alguns riscos. Ao entrarmos no quarto, identificamos que não tinha toalha de banho e, ao pedir para a recepção fomos informados que a lavanderia estava a caminho mas não tinha previsão e, ficamos 40 minutos esperando chegar as toalhas.A conservação do quarto não é das melhores , como podem ver nas fotos, o frigobar estava todo enferrujado , a tomada com fita adesiva e paredes descascando. Ao descermos no outro dia para tomarmos café, encontramos várias baratas no trajeto , inclusive na porta do restaurante. O hoel não está adequado para atendimento da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados

No chec in nos deram a chave de um quarto já ocupado, qdo fomos para outro quarto (depois de muita confusão) o jogo de cama não tinha sido trocado(estava completamente sujo). O chão do quarto cheio de cabelo, não havia toalhas de rosto nem tapete, apenas duas toalhas de banho . Atendimento dos funcionários muito ruim, sempre de má vontade. Ambientes do hotel sujos e bem deteriorados

Não recomendo. Quarto com cheiro de mofo, café da manhã fechou a porta na nossa cara. Elevador micro. Não cabe mais que 3 pessoas (apertado). Estacionamento conveniado longe do hotel... Funcionários batendo na porta do quarto 1h antes do horário limite de check-out... Pior experiência de hotel que tive.

Bem localizado. Bom atendimento. Estacionamento na entrada ao lado, mas muito descuidado - com lixo espalhado pelo pátio. Apto. limpo, mas muito antigo e com 'marcas do tempo'. Custo x benefício- vale a pena se for só pra dormir. Não sei sobre o café da manhã, pois sai de madrugada.
