Very accommodating and kind workers. They took our laundry and bags while we went to Machu Picchu and had it all waiting in our room when we returned. Lulu, the hotel dog, was our favorite. Room was comfortable and clean. Great place.

Boutique hotel in heart of Cusco
Hotel was clean, comfortable and accommodating. Right in the heart of old Cusco. Staff arranged taxi to and from Airport. Bags were safely stored while on our 5day trek. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast and lounge area was wonderful.

We loved the stay at Hotel Arcangel. The location was excellent, the staff was awesome. Right after we checked in we were offered coca tea to help with altitude sickness. In the reception, dining room and in our room there were natural flowers which was a very special touch. The hotel also offered to go breakfast when we had tours that left early (3AM, 4AM). We would definitely stay there again.

We were struggling with the altitude when we arrived at Hotel Arcangel, and the staff carried our suitcases up to our room for us and brought us complimentary tea with coca leaves to help us overcome the altitude sickness (this despite me taking altitude sickness meds!). Our room overlooked the tiled roofs of the town, and it was a short walk to the main plaza (and not too much of a climb back up). We were glad we had stayed here rather than in San Blas, which was a much steeper, higher climb up. The pretty street Siete Borreguitos was just at the end of the street, and climbing up it led to a view over the whole town. The breakfasts were very good, and the room and bed comfortable. We switched hotels to stay there again for a final night after a 2 day trip to Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu, and they let us keep our suitcases there for free for those nights - and stay in the same room again! Highly recommended.

The room is big and clean. There is staff at front desk all the time and feel very safe. They also pack us the breakfast at 5:30am on the day that I need to leave early for a day trip to rainbow mountain. 5 minutes walk to main square, many shops and restaurants nearby. laundry facility and small market are next door. The only drawback is the room feels a bit cold and takes a while to warm up.

Service was good, however the room was cold, even with the heater on. Sometimes the cleaners did not leave enough towels for everyone in our party. The breakfast and to go breakfasts were good. Hotel is in a convenient location to walk around the city.

Great Cusco Hotel Near Main Square
Came to visit Cusco with friends and stayed here for a couple nights. Our room was spacious, clean, and conveniently right by the main entrance. The hotel had a great location near the main square, great restaurants, nightlife, etc. The staff was always friendly and made the visit pleasant. Great value for the quality of the rooms/service and the location of the hotel!
