False advertisement
Hotels.com advertises that there is a pool on property, which would make guests assume that they have access to this amenity. Unfortunately, to my surprise we were asked to pay a fee to use their pool. We paid a lot of money to stay at this property and don’t think the cost is justifiable. The rooms are outdated. Only thing I throughly enjoyed was the buffet. Should I return to Cusco, I will stay at a different property.

Inka Palace Luxury Hotel is the way
From check in to check out service was amazing, def. 5+ stars, the room with a private balcony, the bed, the pillows simply great. the pisco sour at the bar in the top 2 that I have drank around the world. The food great, ceviche corvina, sea bass, arroz caldoso and the camarones chupe 10+. The SPA you will need to have the Inka package, had it before traveling to SDQ a few hours before and totally relaxed. I will stay again. Thank you!

I spent only 4 nights here. This hotel is one of the best Marriott hotels I’ve been. Placio Del Inka is a very unique, charming, elegant property at a perfect location. It’s close to everywhere you want to go in downtown Cusco. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk to plaza de Armas where there were lots of restaurants and shopping. The best part of this hotel was the 5 month old baby Alpaca on the hotel terrace. The staff were all super friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay.

Amazing hotel in perfect location! Paola in reception so kind and helpful! She generously gave us cocktails, discounts on spa treatments and a complimentary his and her facial for our anniversary! Above and beyond! This hotel offers a lot of fun, free activities at 5pm daily. The Inka ceremony is quite moving, the art history tour interesting as this property has history! Miguel does a great pisco sour lesson and plan to see sweet Inti a baby alpaca❤️The breakfast buffet is huge but they also have a separate menu you can order from. Kevin and Deyvis were great! Daniel at the concierge was great in helping plan our stay and even more helpful once here. We had 1 tour that I booked with Viator that was unsatisfactory and Daniel spoke with company and help to translate the problems. I got sick and Paola called a Dr. and he arrived in 20 minutes; went over my problem and all my Rx’s and prescribe different meds. Cost $50 and $5 for Rx so healed quickly; we had no time to get sick as yours every day. We had a great 6 days at Palacio Del Inca!

Perfect experience
An amazing hotel with exemplary service. The staff knew us by name and were helpful without being pushy. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant was wonderful. The 5 month old alpaca in the courtyard was a unique feature. The location in the heart of Cusco was perfect. My favorite hotel on my trip and one of the more memorable hotels I have visited— just perfect. I stayed there at the beginning of my trip to Machu Picchu and upon my return and they greeted us by name on our return.
