The hotel is modest, but clean and comfortable, with a good location close to the Plaza. What makes the hotel, however, is that the staff is excellent and very accommodating.

Very nice hotel! They were kind to allow early check in but didn’t use it because I left my phone on plane lol! Check in was smooth it is a quick walking distance to Plaza and lots of good food!

The hotel is greatly located a couple of blocks from the main plaza, Koricancha, but also grocery stores. The location is very clean, and staff absolutely delightful. The free breakfast has egg options every morning, fresh blended juices, and breads, as well as hot local herbal teas daylong. My only issue (as they just opened a few weeks ago), was with the wi-fi. I had to find other hotels/cafes nearby to be able to work remotely. Overall, i was able to rest very well, and move around on foot everywhere while in town.

Great little hotel in close proximity to all Cusco tourist attractions. Very friendly staff that packed me breakfast to go on the days I had to leave early. Room was very comfortable with nice modern bathroom. Only minor issue was thin walls but this seems to be common in Peru.

Their customer service is awful. When I arrived, I told a man at the check in desk that I needed to add a day. He said he would honor the Hotels.com rate, but quoted me a higher price. I said fine. He then said that I needed to complete the booked stay and then they would just charge me for one night. Then, I got a call asking me about checking out and when I repeated what he said, he denied it and lied right to my face! Do not stay here. There are better hotels within a few minutes walk.

This place is very well located, close to the principal attractions. The stuff is very helpful and friendly and always trying to make sure your stay is very pleasant. The rooms are very clean and you have coca mate and herbal drinks available 24/7.
