We checked in late and the lady who meet was very helpful. Walked us through the process she was very accommodating to our lateness. Our request for a boxed breakfast since we were leaving so early the next day (3am)was meet with understanding. She had our box breakfast in our hand before we closed our eyes to sleep. The room was very warm , bed firm, plenty of pillows. The property was very welcoming . The only downside is the toilet and shower had see-through doors . Which my sister and I did not care for.

Charming Architecture and Atmosphere, but Some Con
We loved the architecture and atmosphere of this property. However, there are a few things to keep in mind when booking: The hotel is located on a steep slope. While it's easy to walk down to Plaza de Armas, the climb back can be quite uncomfortable. There isn't a proper lobby or a space to wait or relax. Breakfast is included, which is a plus, but the portions are small, with limited options. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed the terrace for breakfast on days with good weather, and Bruna's kindness and friendliness added to the experience. I’d recommend this property if you don’t mind the slope. However, for my next visit to Cusco, I’d prefer a hotel on flatter terrain.

This was a beautiful hotel to stay in, with exceptional service from the staff. They made us feel incredibly welcomed and ensured we had plenty of information on how to adjust to the altitude and provided coca leaves and tea. The room was clean and in great condition, breakfast was fantastic, and we were no more than a 5 minute walk from the historic center.

The hotel is located just a short walk from Plaza De Armas. It’s very convenient for that. Pickups for tours are not that convenient as the road is rough but it can be done nearby. Hotel is nice, customer service is good. I had a good, comfortable stay
