Top Lage guter Preis aber nur für 6 Personen ausgelegt
Alles in allem ein gelungener Standort mit guter Substanz. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten rund um schön. Positiv waren die Aufteilung des Hauses zwar sehr treppenreich was jedoch zu einer tollen Aussicht führt. Negativ war die Größe des Esstisch welcher eigentlich gut maximale sechs Personen geeignet ist. Generell ist das Haus für 6 Personen ausgelegt. Im Oberschoß gibt es zwei Schlafsofas welche zwar eine riesen Liegewiese bilden jedoch ist das Dachfenster bei Regen sehr laut und nur die eine Fensterseite mit Rolladen abdunkelbar. Unser Fazit ein Urlaub zu sechst ist perfekt zu 7. Kommt es zu Unannehmlichkeiten. Sehr schön ist das Eckgrundstück welches auch das Parken mit zwei Pkw möglich macht. Der Fahrradschuppen ist riesig und man bekommt nichts vom Nachbarn mit. Das gegenüber liegende Restaurant Wal war in einer Minute erreichbar mit Cocktails und sehr gutem Essen zu fairen Preisen.

Cuxhaven Urlaub
Wir waren mit der Familie (6 Erwachsene + 1Kind) zu Gast in diesem wirklich schönen Ferienhaus. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Alle nötigen Dinge waren vorhanden. Die Lage am Yachthafen ist ideal und sehr zentral. Nur wenige Meter bis zu "Alten Liebe". Alles fußläufig erreichbar (Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars usw.
