The heart of the apartment is the living-kitchen area (25 m²). Here is the large dining table in the center, from which you have a magnificent view of the island Neuwerk.
The patio door leads to the spacious balcony to the lake side, which extends over the entire width of the apartment. On an area of 15 m² there is the possibility to sit on the outdoor table or lie in the teak deckchair and to chill.
Stunning are the visual axes to the sea directly from the balcony or from the living area of the apartment.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom (12 m²) with a separate balcony is furnished with a 1.80 x 2. 00 m double bed and a TV. The small cozy children's bedroom (6 m²) is equipped with bunk beds and TV.
The daylight bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet and towel dryer is complemented by another separate toilet with urinal toilet and hand basin.
Directly in front of the house is a car parking reserved for you and a covered bicycle parking space available.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser sehr schönen und überaus geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und die Küche mit allen hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet die man braucht. Das Badezimmer und die Dusche sind sehr geräumig und das Fenster macht die benutzung sehr angenehm.

1 Woche Duhnen bei schönstem Sommerwetter in sehr schöner Wohnung

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Diese ist geräumig, hell mit wunderbarem Blick links auf Wattenmeer und Neuwerk, rechts auf die Elbmündung und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichet, es fehlt nichts. 1 Woche Erholung pur, Ende September bei bestem Spätsommerwetter.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf Neuwerk

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet worden und präsentierte sich uns wie auf den Bildern und den Schilderungen der anderen Gäste. Der Balkon bietet bei gutem Wetter eine tolle Möglichkeit den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Unser Blick auf Neuwerk wurde leider durch die Hecke des Nachbargrundstücks eingeschränkt, aber da kann die Wohnung nichts dafür. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Kurzurlaub am Wattenmeer

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub. Für mich und meine betagte Mutter war die Wohnung ideal, liebevoll und wertig eingericht. Der Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon zu genießen, war der Wahnsinn. Vorteil der Wohnung 2x WC. Besonders für ältere Menschen ist der Standort super, da man direkt auf asphaltierten Wegen laufen kann. Die Anfragen an die Vermieterin wurden immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Alles top!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Hallo, wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung. Uns gefällt die Raumaufteilung und die Gestaltung der Räume. Man kann von dem großzügigen Balkon das Watt und die Insel Neuwerk sehen. Uns hat es beide Aufenthalte gut gefallen.

Sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl in dem Appartement gefühlt. Für die Kinder gab es sogar Kinderbücher und eine Playstation, falls das Wetter mal nicht so schön sein sollte. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Schöne große Wohnung mit Blick auf das Wattenmeer und Neuwerk

Wir haben zwei entspannte und erholsame Wochen in Duhnen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr schön und komplett eingerichtet. (Allenfalls die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer könnten irgendwann einmal ausgetauscht werden.) Aus dem Wohnbereich heraus schaut man geradeaus auf das Wattenmeer und Neuwerk, schräg rechts sieht man die Schiffe elbauf- und abwärts fahren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
