Non smoking house in a quiet location in a weekend house area. First occupancy in July 2013. Approx. 3 minutes' walk to the beach and 5 minutes' walk to the Ahoi bath and spa facilities, 15 minutes' walk to the center. 3 bedrooms (1x double bed 1.80m, 1x double bed 1.60 and 1x 2 single beds), a small bedroom on the ground floor with 1 single bed. 1 shower room on the ground floor with a shower 1.40 m wide and 1 shower room on the upper floor. Light-flooded living area with kitchenette with fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, dining area and internet-compatible flat screen TV. Furthermore, 2 flat screen TVs in the large bedroom on the upper floor and in the single bedroom on the ground floor. HWR with washer and dryer. 3 parking spaces at the house. For the little ones there is a cot, high chair, handcart and kindergarten furniture, the garden is fenced, loungers, seating and a grill are available. In addition, a beach chair on the beach is available for seasonal reasons.

Schönes Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern
Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, auch wenn die anderen Häuser sehr dicht nebenan sind, aber das ist in der Lage wohl nicht anders zu erwarten. man ist schnell an der Promenade und am Strand und kann herrlich spazieren gehen. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und für unser Wochenende mit einer kleinen Herrenrunde sehr geeignet. Sicherlich im Sommer auch für Familien mit Kindern gut nutzbar.

Verletzung am Schienbein ,da scharfe Kanten am Bett im oberen kleinen Doppelz Beschwerde vorgetragen im Büro vor 10 Uhr ( nicht Wirklich Imteresse an Beschwerde gezeigt, Nur gefragt ob Fotos davon gemacht wurden, Sehr unbefriedgent da ich immer noch Problene und Schmerzen am offenen Schienbein habe Gr S Huwert

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub an der Nordsee in einem schönem Haus, welches nah am Strand liegt. Jedoch hatten wir im Garten direkte Nachbarn, die mit 3 kleinen Kindern dort anreisten und wir jeden Tag stundenlang Kindergeschrei ertragen mussten. Der Höhepunkt war dann, als auch noch ein Hund plötzlich ins Spiel kam, da wechselten Kinder und Hund sich gegenseitig ab. Dadurch war es leider kein ruhiger Urlaub um mal auszuspannen, sehr schade.

Das Haus ist komfortabel und die Küche gut ausgestattet, mit 7 Erwachsenen gibt es allerdings nicht genug Sitzplätze am Esstisch und im Wohnzimmer. Deshalb haben wir nur 4 Sterne vergeben.

Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, sehr großzügig für 4 Erwachsene. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nur die Beschränkungen am Strand (mit Hund kein Zugang) werden uns nicht noch einmal nach Cuxhaven führen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Cuxhaven
Wir haben mit 4 Kindern einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Strand ist tatsächlich in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, das Ferienhaus ist super, viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes, familienfreundliches Haus
Ein sehr schönes gemütliches Haus mit großen Schlafräumen und 2 Duschbädern. Das Haus und der eingezäunte Garten sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich ein Sonnenschirm fehlte. Sowohl die ruhige Lage des Hauses als auch der kurze Weg zum Strand mit eigenem Strandkorb haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben hier eine Woche mit zwei Kindern ( 11Monate, 5Jahre ), einem großen Hund und 4 Erwachsenen verbracht. Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub.

Superschöne Unterkunft
Tolles Haus in toller Lage Auch wenn das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt hat, kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen in diesem Haus Auch der Strand ist nicht zu weit entfernt. Einziges Manko, der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer hängt etwas sehr hoch, aber ansonsten ist dieses Haus einfach nur zu empfehlen

Tolles perfektes Haus
Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder! Besonders haben wir uns über die großzügige Küchenausstattung gefreut, hier war wirklich alles vorhanden. Zum Meer ist es nur ein Katzensprung, im Schuppen nebenan fand sich sogar Sandspielzeug. Trotz stürmischem Wetter war es ein gelungener Urlaub!

Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet, hat einen kleinen, aber für Familien mit Hund großartigen, weil vollständig umzäunten Garten! Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Sandstrand!

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, strandnah
Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in einem sehr gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Alles ist gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt haben. Auch für eine Gruppe ist es gut geeignet. Zu siebt wäre es aber zu eng gewesen, zwei hatten kurzfristig abgesagt und bis 6 Personen ist es komfortabel.

Mit dieser Unterkunft waren wir sehr zu frieden. Die Lage, die Größe und die Ausstattung waren für uns ideal. Fussläufigkeit zum hauseigenen Strandkorb sowie der schöne Strand waren unschlagbar. Kleines Manko: Die Betten (Matratzen) könnten etwas härter sein, ansonsten gab es nichts zu meckern!

Ferienhaus " Zweite Heimat" in Duhnen
Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ruhige strandnahe Lage und daher kurzer Weg zum hauseigenen Strandkorb. Wegen des kleinen Gartens und seiner günstigen Lage ist das Ferienhaus gut für Ferien mit Kindern geeignet.
