Rivertown Hoian was one of my favorite places that we’ve stayed. The location was great. Place was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing!!! We made good use of their complementary bikes and rode to old town and to the countryside. The staff was very attentive and hospitable. They made sure we always had enough cold water and they have a great water filtration system on site. We had an amazing stay and will recommend this place to our friends.

A great hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to the Old Town without being right in the centre of it, which can be hectic. Staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us when we needed it. The spa was one of the best I have ever been to.

We would have loved to stay more than one night in this lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to walk to the night market. Lastly, the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of food to cater for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect! Located close to all the things but just far enough away to be quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were great. Comfortable bed and room. In general, we highly appreciate the resort. However, it should be noted that there is a minor concern regarding the room reservation on the riverside. Regrettably, the presence of a metal bridge nearby has resulted in some noise disturbances.
