The staff was very helpful and friendly. Paul checked me in and made sure I had the room I wanted. The other front desk employees, Amy and Zackary always went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. A big shout out to Angelica for doing such a good job during breakfast. She kept everything filled up and the entire cafe clean. Most of all I would like to thank the entire staff for doing such a good job during the major snowstorm we had when I was there.

Visiting our kid & grandbabies in CO.
Somehow got a handicap room, but did not ask for, or need one. Plenty of room. Carpeting seemed clean. TV oddly placed for viewing; had to reposition couch. HVAC cover hinge was broken by a previous guest. Good water pressure and temperatures. Could use a tad more bathroom light at sink. Plenty of clean towels. Toilet took 5 mins to fill and was noisy. Shower curtain missing magnets to hold to tub; water easily got onto floor. Ice machine was great with nice, clear ice. Pillows were as soft as marshmellows. Perhaps we can opt-out of blankets. No need; waste of workers time and wash/dry time. A sheet on each bed was enough. Room fridge/freezer worked well. Good coffee. "Eggs" were lame. Toaster needs repair. Pieces kept falling in to bottom. Good juices and muffins/bagels. Would like to have seen bacon once or twice out of 9 mornings. Key cards got demagnitized 3x during our 9 day stay; not near cellphones. Would like to have room service opt-out all together as a reservation option. Would be cool if you ran restaurant delivery specials with placez close-by.

I would stay here again.
I arrived after midnight on a snowy night. There were customers at the front desk and in the lobby - but no front desk attendant. A sign on the desk saying ‘sold out sorry’. For over 5 minutes, no front desk attendant. Rang the bell, no one. Other customer and I started taking turns calling the hotel phone and letting it ring and ring. Finally someone came from a back room. The earlier customer asked for extra blankets. I had reservations and checked in with no other problems. The room was very spacious and had enough towels for 4 guests. The king size bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on. The cushions were compacted and showing their age. Fabric also worn but no holes. Carpet had ripples and needs to be restretched or replaced. We were next to the laundry. The next day, the boiler kicked on it was extremely loud and rattled the headboard and bedside light fixtures until it stopped 15 minutes later. The timing was unfortunate as my spouse had minor surgery and the pain meds were wearing off. The front desk person was apologetic and helpful, providing some additional Tylenol for the massive headache that resulted. Apart from that occurrence, it was one of the quieter hotel rooms we’ve had despite its location next to the housekeeping area and the pool. Even with the breakfast room and lobby full of early morning people, the noise didn’t travel to the room. We took advantage of the hot breakfast both mornings and were pleased with the quality.

Beautiful Rocky Mountains
The lobby, large rooms , the view incredible well situated near Boulder & Denver, Colorado. Also, offering free breakfast, heated pool , hot tub as well as a workout room. The staff was exceptional, taking care of all needs.

Staff are nice manager not so much.
The front desk Amy, Jessica, and Zachary are great. The manager acts friendly but really is only considered about payment. Cleaning help are hit or miss depending on who is cleaning that floor that day. Bathroom had loose floor tile with grout coming off.

Unlike the other properties closer to Denver, the Comfort Suites in Longmont was reasonably priced clean and very comfortable. The breakfast, indoor pool, and clean rooms made the extra driving into Denver and back well worth insignificant. The internet could have been better and we could have used a desktop light or lamp on the desk but everything else was perfect. Thanks for such a a wonderful stay!

I was very pleasantly surprised about the room. It was very spacious and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. So I slept great. The heated indoor pool and hot tub were nice too. The only shortcoming in my opinion was the breakfast. I would have liked to have other fruit options besides the apples. And yogurt and oatmeal would have been nice too.
