Cozy holiday home on private deep water cove

This homes ranch style and gentle slope to the lake allow for easy accessibility while two stories of windows allow for spectacular views of dazzling water. A large deck off the back is surrounded by mature trees giving you the feeling that you’re floating above the water in your own tree house.
When you’ve had enough shade enjoy the 200 feet of lake front with a pier and dock for your boat and jet skis.

The space
The master bedroom has a king size bed. The other two rooms have queens.
The kitchen is very well equipped. Most small appliances and utensils are there.

Other things to note
The inside fireplace may not be used. There is a solo stove (fire Pit) on the deck.
No smoking inside the home.
No pets.
Please bring water shoes to use on the dock and stairs descending into the water. Both may be slippery when wet.
***IMPORTANT - My drive is steep. If you’re bringing a boat and trailer the trailer must be left on the road across from the mailbox. We have never had a problem but please lock it. The closest boat launches are Harbor Point Marina and Route 34 public boat launch. Both are in Dadeville.
