Customer service not included šļø āļø
Slight but serious issue with booking as Hotels.com didnāt have multiple Hound Hotels listed like Busan. Big location issue so contacted the hotel immediately but no answer āļø Contacted Hotels.com by chat and they couldnāt reach the hotel after multiple attempts. A final attempt got through but futile, as the hotel stated they cannot communicate in English. Why on Hotels.com 🤷🏻āāļø
Maybe they need someone to refer to in these situations šŗšø š¬š§
Hotels.com said they would follow up by email within 72 hours, which they didnāt.
Room fairly spacious but bed quite uncomfortable.
Bidet in bathroom š½ but towels directly above toilet š½
Bit of a pet peeve as one doesnāt know which was cleaned first.
No one at front desk when checking in or when we came down for breakfast. Guess we know why no one answers the phone āļø
Breakfast in the adjacent building so you may have to go outside. Fairly good. No staff so you help yourself.
Even with the booking issue, I was attempting to keep my business š° with Hound hotels šØ Stayed in a Hound hotel in Busan with a much better experience. Standard of service was so poor here that not only would I not return, Iād be unlikely to choose other Hound hotels šØ
