The house Baltic Sea is 80m from the beach (beach tourist tax) away, in a prime location. The apartment B is situated on the ground floor has a terrace (with garden furniture). The apartment is equipped with bedroom and large living-dining room. The window of the bedroom goes out to the stairwell. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, kitchen appliances, dishes and pots. Facilities include radio and LCD digital terrestrial TV. The house is equipped with underground parking spaces (registration required), parking spaces, table tennis in the basement, coin-operated dryer and laundromat. The house has six apartments. A barbecue is available. The dog beach and the promenade are both from the house Baltic approximately 80m in distance. The sea water spa, sauna and Fitnissstudio is about 100m away. The house Baltic Sea is a child-friendly house. In a few meters, a large playground, the children's harbor (similar KiGa) interesting for older children, is about 400m away. The almost 2 km long promenade has everything you need to stroll. The beach is 6.5 km long and invites you to hours Langen a walk. For joggers and walkers signposted routes are available in Dahme.
The linen package is as follows: 1 linen package for 1 person, consisting of 2 x towels, 1 x bath towel, 1 x shower template, 1 x Pillows, 1 x duvet cover and 1 x fitted sheets.

Unflexibel
Das man erst um 16 Uhr, und keine Minute früher, den Schlüssel erhält und die Wohnung betreten darf, ist natürlich etwas lächerlich. Das Mehrparteien-Haus ist übrigens sehr hellhörig.,

Wirlich schöne Wohnanlage !
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnanlage ist ausgesprochen geschmackvoll, praktisch durch die abschliessbare Terassentür durch die man in den Garten und auch gleich an den Strand kommt, sowie schön, weil Einrichtung und Austattung schön ist. Besonders war für uns angenehm, daß wir unseren Dackel mitbringen durften, der Hundestrand ist schräg gegenüber, dort gibts auch Strandkörbe und der Hundestrand ist sehr groß. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für die Gastlichkeit. Gerne hätten wir sie kennen gelernt - aber wir kommen ganz sicherlich wieder ! Familie Anneken mit Biene
