My room was spacious and loved the view of the harbor and amusement park from the balcony. The changing colors of the Ferris wheel was mesmerizing but could easily close the curtains and black it out.. and not hear the excitement from the roller coaster which was fun. The soaking tub was perfect and spending two days here before leaving Japan was the best way to end two weeks exploring the country. The convenience of the attached mall and surrounding shops and noodles museum was great too. The staff was friendly and would definitely stay here again.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, staff are very helpful and friendly , the room with the balcony and view of the Bay and Ferris wheel was excellent and was the perfect end to our Japan trip,

The most beautiful room we have booked during this Japan trip, the staff was very helpful to help us make a reservation for the French restaurant that located in the hotel,the room was big, also I love love love the shower.I will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Yokohama .

We had a lovely experience staying here! The staff were so helpful and really went above and beyond for us. The language barrier wasnt an issue at all. It is steps away from Cosmo World, World Porter's, the brick warehouse, and multiple malls. It is also directly above a train station that can take you to Chinatown or Yokohama station! Rooms were spacious, clean, had great water pressure, and the views were incredible. Wish we had stayed longer!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Close to the metro station so easy to travel around. Linked to a shopping mall with great food options on the lower floors. Short walk over to the bay with further shopping and eating places.

We loved this hotel; the rooms were deluxe and much bigger than expected. Our room had a beautiful view of the harbor, and it was gorgeous to see at night. Everything about this hotel made us, the hotel’s guests, feel special and important. Getting there from Haneda was fast and easy via limousine bus service. In the future, I would stay here again and explore more of Yokohama knowing that downtown Tokyo is an easy train ride away. Yokohama is a beautiful city, walking around, Chinatown, the underground access from the hotel to trains and shopping is convenient.
