Property in great location in walking distance to Rodeo Drive and nearby restaurants. A bit noisy though and no on-site parking.

Was not informed that the pool was for over 21 only, this hotel is not family friendly, great location for the strip lovely hotel would have also been nice to have a coffee/tea making machine in the room, would not recommend this hotel for families.

It's fine if you want the Vegas experience of being surrounded by trashy people and are into the gambling & the drinking & drug scene. So for a wild party, it's fine. But if you're travelling for work, it's probably not the place for you. The noise, even 32 floors up, is insane, and every night at about midnight an overwhelming stench of marijuana fiils the room. Every where you go there is loud music, even in the elevators. Your neighbours will waltz in from the casino very drunk about about 1am and start fighting every night. It's all a bit overwhelming. It's peak American capitalism, asking a room rate, a resort fee, and even money for holding your bags for an hour (oh that's not a 'fee', it's just a tip...). Every time you walk on the street you are going to be accosted by the various scammers who occupy the block. Check-in line can be 30m plus if you arrive a 11am ish, so try to arrive late in the evening. All that said, the room itself was fine, and the view of the mountains was amazing. The bar fridge is empty, which I prefer.

The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy. There was no option for filling up water bottles. The hotel stank of cigarette smell all of the time compared to other hotels. We arrived at 1pm and they asked for money to check in earlier without even checking if our room was available.

Fantastic hotel, marred only by COVID 19. The hotel did everything they could to make things right and were amazing to us. Will definitely return when things get back to normal.
