Hair. Dust. Horrible.

Hotel front desk was lovely. Downhill from there. Hair all over the bathroom. Dust everywhere. 3 small pillows on a king size bed. Hallways so badly dinged up. Door wouldn’t close without major muscle. Flat out - gross. No daily housekeeping (clearly. Lol) Sorry but this place was horrendous. Situated between a highway and a railyard. Noisy. I booked bc it had a 7.2 rating as good. Never again at a Comfort Inn. The only bad review I have ever wrote.

This hotel was run down, mold in bath tub. Tiles bately down in foyer area, furniture was old dirty and falling apart, breakfast was out of food and coffee at 815 i could go on b

The building was rundown. Staff was rude and didn't pick up a crumpled cup in the water fountain for 3 days. There was a dirty pile of clothing by the ice machine for the entirety of my stay. The hot tub didn't work. Doors didn't lock well. My door had to be slammed in order to catch and that didn't work sometimes. Our showerhead leaked 24/7, both toilet paper holders were broken, the hook on the bathroom door was broken off. The shower tile was cracked and looked like they just put tape over it. The lobby furniture was filthy and the rug was curled up, creating a major tripping hazard. My room number was written on a piece of paper taped over a different room number. My key didn't work to get in the room and the front desk lady didn't believe me. She had me try it on a lobby door, which didn't work. Then sarcastically asked me how I was holding it. When she saw I was doing it correctly and the key just didn't work, she issued a new key. Then our second key didn't work. So I had to come back down and tell her that the second key didn't work. She failed to tell me that when she activated my first key again, that it would deactivate the second key.

Comfort Inn on Inwood

Room was comfortable but temp in the room at in the 50’s. It took hours to get temp up. TV control didn’t work and channels limited. Bed was comfortable and room clean which are first priority to me.

Very good

I got a room close to work so I wouldn’t have to drive a long distance and get stuck on the roads if the snow really came down. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely come back again if the weather is bad

The room was okay, clean enough to not go stay somewhere else, but the rooms are dated making it feel a little dirty. The common areas/hallways were not welcoming and also seemed dirty. The hotel is not in a great/safe location and highway noise was loud at night.

Room great, sofa bed not great.

We stayed 4 days, the staff did a great job of helping us because we had several reservations with the ice storm and we had to move rooms. The double beds were very comfortable and the sheets felt great. The sofa doves was aweful. The mattress was stained and the bed sofa frame was so mangled that we had to put the mattress on the floor. The breakfast in the morning was great.

Shabby Door mat in lobby was first indicator. Broken phone and missing hair dryer would have been ok. But the next morning the shower had no hot water. They moved us to another room for the next three nights. It was fine.
