Paid for room. Went to check in and there was no power. Storm had come thru and had knock out all the power. Was not told about this until I arrived. So I had to go and book another hotel. Im out the cost of the room at Comfort inn suites of Wylie. I need to be renburshed

Cleaning of room
We stayed for 5 nights, and our room was cleaned only once. I reported to the front desk we had ants in the bathroom, and nothing was done about it. Saw the cleaning personal when I came out of my room, and they asked if they could clean the room. I said yes and asked how long it would take and they said 20 minutes. I went done to the lobby and had coffee. Went back to the room after 30 minutes and the room wasn't cleaned.

Very mediocre! Breakfast was just ok, they had no bowls for cereal ?? room was never serviced had to ask and they only did it once during our stay …vending machines didn’t work. Bathroom shower and curtain was dirty…wouldn’t stay here again
