Incredibly disappointed in this location. We selected it because of proximity to AT&T Stadium and prior reviews. The best part was that it was walking distance to the stadium and offered plentiful free parking. But it was downhill from there. Overall dingy appearance in common area, scuff marks on walls and had an odor. Room was made up nicely, but had water damaged cracked and peeling ceiling. I believe there is mold in the room, as my allergies were immediately triggered. The air conditioning was loud, making it impossible to sleep. The sheets didn’t fit and kept pulling off the corner of the bed. The pool was an absolute nightmare, thankfully we weren’t there to swim but I know many families select these types of hotels for the breakfast and pool for kids. It was green, full of diet and grime and 100% unusable. All around disappointed and will not return to this location or other Comfort Suites.

The breakfast was amazing especially when compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Pancakes in the shape of Texas what!! They had tasty hash browns, Eggs, sausage links and Biscuits w/ gravy. Amazing staff.

Overall, we enjoyed it. The room (suite) was great, and the location in Arlington was perfect. The only negative is that we were told management decided to no longer allow snacks, drinks, or misc purchases to be added to the room charge and that they had to be purchased immediately. It's not that big of a deal, but it can be irritating if you are like us and hit the snacks a couple of times each night.
