The room smelled very musty and dirty. Ended up buying an air freshener at the target to help with the smell. Couch was disgusting, wouldn’t let my kids sit on it or take their socks off to walk on the carpet barefoot. The shower in the bathroom was disgusting as well. Put a towel on the bottom of it to feel better standing in it while taking a shower. All of our clothes, suitcase and duffel bags smelled as well from staying there. The front desk was very nice but the room was awful!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed in the stay especially since it has such a high rating of stars. Never staying there again

We choose to stay at a hotel based on the amenities. We loved the indoor pool and the breakfast was pretty good. Beds and room were clean. Decent soundproofing. The hotel was quiet. Not having to check out until noon was awesome. All hotels should do that.

Really quick check in! Teresa at the front desk was so nice!! The rooms were big! We didn't eat breakfast but it looked good! The hot tub was nice but they don't open it till 10am. I would definitely stay here again!

Thought it was horrible, that the complimentary coffee breakfast did not start until 7am, which we were already out the door for the day, and the Pool NOT OPENING until 10am is a joke ! We were put in a room that was dirty and extremely noisy, listing to the outside door open and close all night, and the people partying right outside our window both Friday and Saturday Night. The bed mattress had big huge holes in them, and NO bedspread just some padding sheet. IT WAS HORRIBLE.
