Horrible customer service. I’m from Oklahoma, I traveled to Dallas for my bday.. I called this hotel to make sure they accepted pets due to me having my Pomeranian with me. They said they do.. I drove an extra 45 min to this hotel just to be turned away upon arrival due to them NOT accepting pets.after being charged a $100 pet fee. And haven’t received my $221.52 total back. I booked through Expedia and it’s a bunch of Indians who are trying to charge me $35 for a cancellation fee AND $75 for reimbursement. So they’re trying to scam me. And crown plaza isn’t helping at all. They told me “ we can’t do anything about it, we refunded the third party (Expedia) but that doesn’t help me any. Also while in the hotel trying to check in, there were ghetto thugs outside trying to break in my car and take my dog. Thanks for ruining my bday.

I asked the GM was the room next to me occupied he tell me no and sends maintenance up to check. I thought I heard a noise during the night as if someone was trying to enter my room my TV was on so I wasn’t sure. No cameras in hallways very unsafe. I arrived before maintenance and went in with him and everything was left in the room as if someone had left expediently. Then I went back downstairs and the GM had an attitude this time because he changed his statement talking about it was occupied but at first he stated it wasn’t . Be safe at this place.

I really enjoyed my stay. I loved how my room had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. It was super convenient. At our check in time we were told that breakfast was from 7am-11am and automatically assumed it was included. When we went down to the dinning area turned out it wasn’t, it was extra cost. No biggie, just would be better if at check in we can get asked if we would like to add it to our cost. Other than that I would definitely recommend family and friends to stay here and would rebook in the future.

Flew into town to celebrate a sibling's birthday. Hotel was close to the freeway and airport. Hotel was clean and smelled great. Elevators were fast. Staff was friendly and swift. I would definitely stay here again

Carpet is dirty all around the hotel. Room had live roaches. Couch had nasty stains. Hallways smelled weird. Over crowded elevator lobby and elevators - took forever to get on to go to room. Too many floors to take the stairs.
