They charge you $16.99 to park in their parking lot even though you already paid to stay! the scanner to get in and out of parking lot messed up every time we left and came back, had to have staff open the gate. They don’t have ice machines on the floors of the rooms so you have to go down stairs to get ice, no vending machines at all. They have an area you can purchase food where the ice machine is but it’s expensive and they charge you $15.99 tax to eat breakfast. You also get charged $100 deposit but will get it back when you check out. Wasn’t pleased with the area, it was in a not so pleasant area, lots of cars around with flat tires, everywhere was gated to keep people out and trash was everywhere.

Was advertised that there is free parking and there is NOT. Your cost is $16 per day so remember to add that to your cost. It has been 7 business days and still have not recieved security deposit back. Other than that my stay was pleasant and very clean

I have mixed feelings about this stay. Crowne Plaza is usually amazing but this stay was weird. Our room was lacking an iron, a fridge and the phone was not working! We asked to be moved to a different room and the staff honored that after. We got mixed contradicting info about parking with one employee saying it is free today because their system is malfunctioning and another one saying no and then he started bad-mouthing her! I expected more from a Crowne Plaza. I am disappointed.

Over charging for parking . Needs police to patrol
Ive stayed at this hotel 13yrs now. And now there charging $15 a day to park No security I was on the 16 floor had to call front desk 3 times kids running around knocking on doors. Bfast was excellent but food gets cold very quick . Its freezing in the restaurant. I was very disappointed. NO FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FRONT DESK. JUST RUDE. I WILL NOT RETURN PARKING IS EXPENSIVE, AND ITS NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT

The receptionist don’t even point you to where to go or if you’re done with the check in she just gave me the key after my ID, I had to ask if I was done with the check in, AC was not working properly! It was blowing hot air but the thermostat said 60 degrees, in the 2 days we stayed in there I killed 3 small roaches, the mini refrigerator smelled so bad, the toilet kept running there was water all over the floor when we arrived my husband had to plug the hose that was loose in there..
