Very well-maintained house located just 9 miles away from DFW airport. The house has easy access to major highways E35 and 121. Only 10 miles away from Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. This house has 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. Walk in tumble stone tiled shower in master bedroom. Living room with sofa that could be unfold to sleep in or just to relax and watch TV. Well-equipped kitchen and a washer & dryer at your service.
All rooms are in the second floor allowing guest to relax in their room while others could enjoy the social areas such as living room and kitchen or backyard. Two room have their own TV and a Netflix account for the house during your stay. The master bedroom comes with a very comfortable king mattress. The living room has an extra TV (55") with apple TV for your convenience ( Netflix account as well). The house comes with a 2-car private garage and a large backyard with a beautiful Sunset scenario. Overall, everything was great, however, the great room tv was in Spanish and there were no instructions or way to change it. Additionally, when we stepped outside the house, sitting in the driveway, there was a blocker preventing us from using our navigation system until we reached the Exxon station on the corner. (Note: The shower door in the master bathroom needs repair. It won't stay closed when taking a shower and there is a loose tile on the inside at the shower entrance.)

Nice stay
We stayed for a few nights for our christmas trip. It was an ok stay. The oven didnt work well nor did the coffee maker so wasnt able to use the kcups we brought. But overall it provided us what we needed for our short term vacation.

Lighting in bedrooms, living room needs to be better. No dish towels in kitchen (minor) problem. Living room was cold. Need to let guest know that the thermostat upstate heats the whole house. The downstairs thermostat does not work.

Great girls weekend!
This was a perfect little house. Very nice neighborhood and we loved the location. It was a quick trip to the Gaylord Texan, Grapevine Mills mall, and over to Frisco for Ikea!

Very and nice clean property and excellent location. Overall our experience was pleasant. There were a couple of mild inconveniences with lighting in the Sunrise room and access to the lower rack of the dishwasher. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Booked for me and guest staying in Dallas. House was great n enough beds for guest. No issues at all except for a few small issues ie master shower handle, the master toilet constantly runs and need additional towels. Would recommend telling guest to bring more especially for ladies who wear makeup. Other than that it served its purpose. Very quiet neighborhood and great backyard. Would absolutely book again. Thanks so much for sharing your home. I had a great 50th weekend.

In Dallas for a workshop
The property and the surrounding area was very clean and well kept. It was convenient to travel to the workshop. The only thing that didn't work was the trash can. I think it needed a new battery. A lovely place to stay. I would stay there again.

Great Location
This home was in a great location to Grapevine Mills mall and Gaylord Texan hotel. We came to town to visit those two places. This home gave us a great space to spread out at the end of the day and share a meal. The master bed is really close to the floor, so if you have knee or back problems, keep that in mind. The bed was absolutely comfortable! Also has a huge walk in shower that was really nice!

The home was clean, well-stocked and easy to get to. The master bathroom is amazing, and the backyard was great for our family, we also loved that there was garage and off-street parking available. The only thing negarive thing we said was the living room light was kind of dim but that just may have been us not working correctly. We would definitely stay here again if in the DFW area.

The property was clean and ready when we arrived. There was one minor issue that the owner sent someone to resolve as soon as they were aware. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything you could want from a city. I would stay at this property again.
