The didnt change the sheets, they charged for park per day but didnt states that on the websites, $50 for breakfast for 2 everyday n breakfast wasnt worth that

Hi Latonya-We apologize about your overall experience. I did check the hotels.com website and our parking rates are posted under fees for self-parking and valet parking. The breakfast buffet is more expensive since it is all you can eat but there is more economical option of ordering ala carte....Thanks for your feedback...Best RegardsKris Brown GM

I will never go back!!!

Loved it until I got a $250 extra bill for saying I smoked in there non smoking room. I didnt smoke in their room and I beleive they know I didnt smoke in their hotel they have the advance smoking detectors everywhere in which I stated on the phone. If I did yall would know right when I started from the detectors. She said ma’am it could’ve malfunction. As if Im lying!! They said they found evidence in my trash. The evidence dont mean i smoked in the room it means I had it CLEARLY! I called and they were very rude and told me regardless Texas is not a legal state and they were no refunding my money. I wouldnt be upset if I truly did smoke in the room the part that hurts is I was charged for something I didnt do and they were rude and accused me. If I did it the charge would be fine. Thats the part that hurts the worse. Dont lie to charge me a extra charge. My room was supposed to be $388 my final bill in which they charged my card was $750 , I didnt see it until the next day after I was already checked out and gone. They also kept my deposit. Becareful with this hotel I think they do whatever to charge extra fees. I will never go back!
