I walked up to the counter after purchasing a room for the night, the guy at the front said that he is sorry but he doesn’t know why but the payment didn’t go through on his side, I even showed him my debit card transaction history clearly stating I had a room reservation on Expedia for that night at that location. He said I can’t give you a room you should recive a refund within the week. That was about a month ago I REFUSE to pay for a room that we never even got the key for, me and my girlfriend had to sleep in the car i need that money back now

No television in the room even after having the girl from the front desk up to look at it. Breakfast consisted of white bread and dry cereal with no milk. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to accommodations during a stay.

Waited for 15 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk. Kets didnt work the next day, waited again for 15 minutes and no one showed. I left to eat inner, came back and still no one at the dsk. I called the phone twice before someone answered while standing at the desk. Very out dated bathrooms and showers. I didnt shower all weekend because it didnt look clean.

There were several people hanging out in their cars when I arrived. The room itself was extremely dark. I realized quickly the people in the lobby were either not staying there. Was told noon checkout was fine. Cleaning started knocking at 8am, and then every hour after that. At 11:30 front desk banged on door for same reason. The electrical outlet for the hair dryer had no power. Breakfast consisted of stale cereal, 2 small muffins, and one yogurt. When I asked if they could restock breakfast, they brought a loaf of bread and a few more muffins, 20 minutes later. The lady was not happy when I asked to restock the breakfast. There were no fruit or no protein options. I am sure this is not standard. I could have gone somewhere else cheaper with no breakfast. This hotel does not serve breakfast and should not advertise that they do. I will not return. We left and ate somewhere else. Very disappointed. Housekeeping was very kind and helpful.
