The hotel is in serious need of a renovation. Rooms are dated and tired. Breakfast was good. Parking was scary with a creepy underground parking lot. Unfortunately, we saw 4 cockroaches in our room and this really turned us off.

The pool was old, cracked, and cold. It also had a high chlorine smell, which means it's got a lot of pee in it. It was hard to breathe, so we only stayed a few minutes. The suite we had, had 2 tvs. Only one worked, the other had the cable wire cut, and capped, so they knew it was broke. By the time we found out, we were too tired to move. The whole place smelled musty and the parking garage was super confusing and smell like cow manure. We will never stay there again. The breakfast was good, the staff was nice, and offerred free water.

Horrible experience. Most of the staff, but not all are so rude and didnt know their own hotel. Rudest bar tender I've ever come across. And thats saying a lot at my age and experience. Room heat/ac did not work and they would do nothing about it. We were going to extend our stay a few days but we got another Hilton hotel. This one does not own up to the Hilton name and as it is will never live up to it. Horrible, so ill never stay at another Embassy Suites

Many issues with my stay. Extended the stay and had to move rooms. House keeping had thrown out my food before I could switch rooms. They gave me a voucher for less than what it would cost to replace my food. The food I got with the voucher was of far less quality and the voucher didn’t even work, I was still charged the full amount and they could not figure out how to refund it. My original room was clean. The new room had small hairs in the bathroom and a few full strands of hair on the “clean” towels. The air in the second room also didn’t work, and had some alarm or beep throughout the night. You could also hear the traffic from 635 and honking all night in the second room so not a great choice for a light sleeper.

I've always been a huge Embassy Suites fan (childhood memories, I suppose). The "safe underground parking" here only allows vehicles that are under 6ft 6in tall....I just bought a new truck (not a crazy lift....it's factory), and almost scraped my hood before I stopped and realized it wasn't going to fit. After that, you have about 8 parking spots in front and some not so safe areas to park in the back. It rained while I was there, and they had about 6 buckets catching leaks from the roof, my coffee maker didn't work in the room, AC wasn't the best, and only one elevator was working on "my side" of the hotel. I still love Embassy Suites, but this one isn't the best.
