We had a problem with the front desk when inquiring about our room being cleaned .Tge gentleman was not at all friendly or very approachable when asked about having the room cleaned .We had called him from our room and he advised he would call back once he spoke to housekeeping we never received a call back .We spoke with a room maid who was doing a room a few doors down and she said she would do our room within the next 10 minutes .We waited for her but when we left the room she was no where to be found.We told like to be given the run around and told lies .We had no option but to speak with a manager by the name of Nick who was extremely pleasant and professional and really took our complaint seriously .We were not looking for any kind of discount we just wanted to be treated with courtesy and respect as one should be when staying in one’s hotel .Nick on his own accord offered us a nights compensation which was extremely nice of him .the night before we left after staying 4 nights we asked the lady that was on the front desk (16th nov ) if we could possibly receive a later check out perhaps for an hour or so but she responded not in a very pleasant way that she could let us stay until 12.30 pm which was not exactly giving us a late check our ( 30 minutes ) Not the most accomadating we have to say and with a real attitude that you can tell there was no way could request that extra 30 minutes until 1pm as checkout time was at 12 pm .Front desk requires help in customer servic
