They threw away our food
I booked this hotel for two nights for a trip with my three kids. Everything was fine at checkin. However on the first morning, our bathroom door locked itself and it took the hotel 4 hours to send someone to fix it. On the second morning the same thing happened. As the final straw, they started cleaning our room 30 minutes before the checkout time and threw away $50 worth of food that we bought for the return trip home. One of the worst hotel experiences

Lovely place to stay
Very comfortable room, we adjusted the temperature to keep it cool. The breakfast was very tasty with good variety. I always tend to have a great experience at Hampton Inns. At this one it was close to the mall which had an amazing authentic korean food court with a bunch of offerings.

For the same price the Holiday Inn nearby is much nicer. We stay here regularly visiting friends and thought we would try Hampton. We will not stay at Hampton anywhere if there is a Holiday Inn nearby.
