They have the heat turned off and you have to call engineering to turn it on so we slept in the room at 67 degrees!!! And it smelt so bad. Even when we were checking in someone else called down for housekeeping to come and spray their room with air freshener.

The property needs alot of work, you can see chipped and peeled off paint all over the hotel. We stayed on the 8th floor and the carpet was stained and dirty. The Staff is great, you can tell they work really hard to maintain a clean environment but the hotel is just worn down. The food and drinks at the bar were really good and the Breakfast has good variety and tasty. It is convenintly located right by the fwy.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. Had an issue with AC not working but maintenance came and fixed the issue right away. Last day prior to check out room was not cleaned and i was out of room by 8am.

Not at all like the pictures, They are deceiving. Feels like a run down hotel. Old and room was smelly. I had them change room and new room smelled as well. Would not stay here ever again.

The front desk staff and restaurant staff as well as housekeeping are always great and helpful! Free parking!!! Since many Dallas hotels charge 10.00 to 20.00 per day just for parking! My only negative comment is the hallway carpets need to be cleaned meaning steam cleaned or replaced! They are always vacuumed!
