The housekeeping was very good and efficient. However, there were that I had: 1.) I had an early morning flight on Friday and I could not get any cold water from either the faucet in the sink or the bathtub. i tried letting the cold water faucet in the sink and the coldest dial in the tub run but the temp was scolding hot the entire time. 2.) at the bar, $15 for a glass of house pinot grigio is a rip off. I was told they were out of the house, but that this was a better quality. I have been collecting and drinking wine my entire adult life and Ecco Domoni is not a better Pinot Grigio. It retails in liquor stores for $13.95 a 750 ml bottle. It's served as a house wine in many bars and the most I have ever paid is $9.00 a glass. I should have been told the price when I ordered a house pinot grigio.

Checking in was awful! The girl at the front desk was rude. It is also ridiculous that I had to pay to park at the hotel. It cost me $39.50 for 2 days! The bathroom was not clean. The bottom was full of soap scum and it was very slippery. When I asked the clerk at the front desk about it, she shrugged her shoulders and refused to talk to me any further. It was also ridiculous that their breakfast “buffet” was $15.00.

Room wasn't housekept while I was gone for the day in the afternoon after my first night. Thankfully I was conservative with my use of what was supplied in the room during my first night. TV remote would stop working if I used it from the bed, but sometimes would start working again. The fridge and microwave in the room was a nice convenience. Quiet and I slept well. Shower works very well and easy to use.

My room had horrible water pressure, and the TV kept stopping working. Had to call for 2 other clickers. Sad choice of snacks. The jacuzzi had NOT been cleaned, ever and was filthy. Made we worry about the pool levels.

My thought
Bed was comfortable but I thought I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Also I think it is ridiculous to pay for parking as guest of the hotel.
