Great! Turnpike traffic noise is noticeable if your room is on the front. Will ask for a too in the back next time. Other than that, very clean & friendly. Lots of bath and body products - Major brand! Big plus!

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We enjoyed that it was nice and new but it seemed like we were not able to get the AC to run cooler at night and we were at hot. The check in staff was extremely sweet, however when we checked out, Anna at the front desk was very snarky and rude.

We stayed in room 304. Upon arrival the bathroom ceramic was cracked in the shower. We stayed 2 days no room service I placed the trash outside the door. It was still there the next morning. The room was never refreshed. When I called house keeping I was told to come down to grab my towels. Waiting on my deposit to be refunded. The area was nice. Next visit I will try a different hotel.

The stay would have been perfect except that a guest burned ramen noodles. We were awakened to a horrible smell that caused shortness of breath and coughing. We were out of our room for 2 to 3 hours in the middle of the night. Even upon returning to our room the smell lingered into the morning. The hotel staff would not adjust or compensate anything since we did not book through them directly. Poor customer service.
