Such a wonderful friendly hotel to stay at. Front desk were all amazing and helpful, drivers of the hotel shuttle were always happy to help and cleaning room staff did a great job. I would recommend!

Such great and helpful staff! Cassandra Randy and Jose took care of our every need and we truly enjoyed Lloyd driving us to and from my doctors appointment and taking us on a great downtown tour. Great location with a 711 Starbucks and McDonalds just out the back door and close everything Los Colinas

Stayed here for 2 nights, we had to change rooms because it felt so Humid in the first room. Staff had no problem with switching rooms. The hood vent in the restroom did not work. Other than that, it was OK. The breakfast was good, warm and good variety. Staff were friendly at check in and out.

At check-in the clerk had an attitude because we were tired from travel (no sleep) and he gave us the room furthest from the front-door and it was a handicap room with a weird bathroom. Long walk every time to and from. Also, they wanted to charge us $10 per day each for breakfast but I could have sworn before I booked it was included. I passed and just drank the free coffee which was cold a few times. I had the Do Not Disturb on my door and cleaning still came into the room. One day they knocked way too early too (8:30am), we were still sleeping and that's annoying. Bartender made us a drink which I suspect they are watering the bottles. I prefer the Hyatt or Hiltons but this Holiday Inn was our choice this time, never again.

A few tweaks to awesome
GREAT: Mounted full size Dove products in the bathroom (sink-side handwash & body lotion + shampoo and conditioner in the shower). SAD: toilets! Why didn’t they replace the old short ones with comfort height when they replaced the tile and counters in the bathrooms? CURIOUS: the art selection adorning the walls within the guest rooms. Completely non-sensical and lacking any aesthetic cohesiveness. Earth-tone floral above the bed conflicts with the primary color abstract over the desk and the sherbet hue circle collage in the bathroom. What are they thinking? It smacks of bulk art purchase auctions or garage sale finds. OKAY: Showerhead - with only two adjustments, it’s mounted high enough and has okay water pressure even with clogged sprayers. NICE: the bed linens and pillows, the furniture and lamps. AWFUL: the prominent delaminating boxspring pleather cover that no longer hugs the boxspring and contributes to the entire room looking dingy and neglected.
