Horrible experience
I requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they responded that people aren't supposed to smoke, but they do anyway, and the rooms end up smelling. Additionally, the place is broken and ugly. I was cold because the heater kept turning off, and the phone to the front desk didn’t work, so I had to put up with it without blankets.

This is literally, a roach hotel. Bugs everywhere! Outside of the building looks pretty good. Inside very dirty, roaches running all over. Flooring coming up in the bathroom, microwave was filthy and rusty, cabinets were literally falling apart, you could open the door on the uppers, and see the ceiling through the top of the cabinet. I screwed up, I usually check the reviews before I book. I didn’t this time, my bad! Only thing I can say good about this place is it looks good on the outside, and it was cheap. But you get what you pay for here!

the beautiful helpful brunette woman with glasses at the front desk is just a gem. she pulls this whole operation together. someone needs to promote her if you haven’t already. shes the main reason the place got my business and money real talk.

There was roach nest in corner of the room also molded up on the ceiling. Roaches crawling on the walls the beds had to stay up all night killing roaches offered another room right above which we could not walk parking lot unsafe homeless running around and people laying outside, tripping out it appears to be on drugs

had to leave and be refunded nothing against the staff more so the owners the place is literally roach infested and I mean to the point the roaches are crawling in the walk ways at their own capacity and at a very rapid rate I mean they cringed having to even walk around the facility let alone being stuck in the room on which they tried to leave the same day and they told that the would still take my money so was forced to basically stay the night because the money wouldn’t be given back which felt they should’ve done a total refund of the stay based on the condition of the room was put in….

Look for better options even if it costs more.
Motel inside very bad shape. Appears to me terrible guests destroyed rooms. I had to ask room change twice and finally spent 1 day in a OK room and got out. Maintenance issues too. One room smoke alarm was chirping with low battery.
