My daughter was stranded due to the ice storm at DFW. She checked in late and there were several people in the lobby. The clerk handed her the key and announced loudly what her room number was. A man in pajamas and flip flops glared at her and followed her to the elevator and she had to close the elevator door quickly because she was afraid he was going to follow her up. She was crying from fright by the time she got to her room. She barricaded the door because she felt unsafe. I called customer support and they tried to call the clerk but he did not answer the phone. We would have moved hotels if there was another one available. Inside the room, the bed was hard metal and the bathroom mirror was cracked and dirty. I want a refund!!

It’s kinda old and, not recommendable. Bed sheets and towels are very old and looks dirty, there isn’t any tea kettle in room, in. Bathroom there is only soap, no shampoo so just take shower, you can’t wash hair 😂, thank god it was for only 1 night otherwise I had to move to other hotel.

Convenient and close to the airport, if you missed or waiting for a flight overnight I would recommend you to be prepared to order food for delivery, the time I went, there was no restaurant open close by
