Not attentive service when we checked in. We had no WiFi in our room (#909). We had to change rooms (#916). In the new room the safe didn’t work, and couldn’t use the coffee maker, it had a water leak. When we went for a complimentary hot chocolate at the lobby, there was nothing left. We asked if they could refill it, and they said no. Overall a bad experience for a 4 star hotel!

What a wonderful experience! From check in to check out everything went smooth. We were not expecting a breakfast but on check in they told us we could have the complimentary buffet breakfast. It was wonderful with hot items, oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit, and bread/bagels.

Good size room for junior suite. Ac/heat unit is very noisy. I got a rate plan that included parking. During check-in, the hotel didn't have my booking details. I had to show my Expedia booking to them directly. What's the point of booking something with parking only to be questioned by the hotel about it. This hotel and Expedia should have more integrated & seamless booking experience between Expedia and Hotel. All hotel check-in should have better check-in experience. It is the first impression that truly differentiates an average hotel to a great hotel Hotel could do more with elevator cleanliness. Dirt, grime, garbage are left behind in the elevator every time we use it. A little vacuum and wipe down could go a long way Pool was closed in December. Breakfast is sufficient. Location is convenient for the event we were going. Hotel is next to the gelleria shopping area
