The rooms are okay. They need to paint the walls the are really worn and dirty. The tv’s are dated and barely work. The let out couch was really warn out. The bed was comfortable the first front desk clerk was rude. I asked was there a way to check in early he said no. But then we found out for an additional 50.00 you can check in early which is insane. Also in the site it states that there is a 100.00 incidental fee, but when we went to check in the fee was 175.00. All in all the stay was just okay. For the price will spend my money somewhere else.

The room was clean and comfortable, but they didn't supply any blankets - not even when requested. The staff was unhelpful and flustered by requests. The condition of the building, stairs, ramps, paths was very poor - lots of rush, rot, and unclean. I would not choose to stay her again. But the "Sonesta Select" next door was much nicer.

hotel stated a lot that they did not come thru with, rooms were clean, but furniture was old and worn. Bed only had a sheet on it , had to ask for blanket. Walkway lights were out making being outside the room feel unsafe. Breakfast was a joke, 3 hard boil eggs some cereal with no bowels, dried out pasties and a waffle machine. I asked if breakfast was like this every day and was told "it just a continental breakfast" I will not recommend this hotel to other and will not stay there again.

The hotel doesn't really "feel" like a hotel in that it's so smooth. I expect a certain amount of hassle. I didn't really experience that here. Attention from front desk was prompt and pleasant.

The Sonesta ES Suites is an apartment hotel. It has a kitchen, separate rooms with bathrooms, and a small dining space and living room. When we arrived, there were no comforters on the beds, only fitted and flat sheets and a cushion. We called the office and after 38 rings the young women sent comforters. She was SO apologetic about the situation too. It was 9 degrees. The can opener broke as we made chili. She brought us a brand new one. No questions. She is really sweet. The rooms were okay for a 1-night quick stay. Personally, I couldn't stay longer than that. The pictures on the website didn't match what we experienced. The breakfast was less than meh. They served boiled eggs, 3 kinds of cereal with whole milk, oatmeal, breads: English muffin, wheat and white bread, and strawberry puff pastry. There is a waffle maker and finally, orange and apple juice. Overall and in comparison to other hotels I've experienced, I'd give Sonesta ES Suites a ⭐⭐⭐ rating out of 5.

Did not feel safe at this property. The door 2as exposed to the street and d8d not locknproperly. Extremely noisy location. The breakfast offered was horrible.

Roaches everywhere in the rooms and bathrooms.
Do not stay here if you have any issues with roaches! There are all sizes and all types! They are in the rooms and the bathrooms. The property is nice and appears clean enough but again, there is a definite roach problem. We couldn’t sleep for fear of roaches crawling around on us and then we feared bringing them back home with us. We would never be able to stay here again because of this.

I didn’t realize it was an apartment. I was renting completely furnished with a separate bedroom and living room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Carpets in the room were a little dated and worn, but other than that it was an amazing place to stay
