This Oasis in the heart of Dallas is close to everything! Walk to Greenville Ave to see a show @ The Granada, enjoy the restaurants & nightlife. Walk to Mockingbird Station to see a movie or catch the DART anywhere in Dallas (events at AAC, the Texas State Fair, or even to the airport). Walk to SMU. Go to Glencoe Park at the end of the block where you can access the Katy Trail for some exercise & people watching. Or just stay home and enjoy the pool and the peaceful neighborhood!

We offer some great amenities while you enjoy your stay. We have cool relaxing pool & spa to soak and relax in after a long day! Note* The pool & hot tub can be heated at an additional cost, upon request. There is also a fire pit that is available for use. Home is beautiful and cozy. The house if full of those amenities to provide for a very relaxing stay. The owner remained in contact by checking in…which enhanced my comfort. If you’re considering, just know my next Dallas stay will be in this home!

Well appointed, very clean - value for money, so close to everything
This was a good stay. Easy check in. Relatively easy checkin and contact with host. Lovely back yard though would have liked to be able to use the hot tub more. Close to major shopping - "uptown" dallas. Overall good value.

Great pool and backyard for staycation!

Great location and great outdoor amenities
Easy walk to Greenville, great pool and spa for this sized house and lot, cute as a button older home, only wish would be just a little bigger barroom but that’s not typical for this period of house and it’s updated to take the most advantage of the space. 5 stars due to quality price ratio, 4 stars if you need a larger bathroom.

Loved the outdoor space
Cute little house. Well maintained and clean. Very nice, quiet, walkable neighborhood. Small bathroom, but nice big shower. Big master bedroom. Nice little extras, like chargers for phones, etc. Loved the outdoor space. We were able to take advantage of the pool, fire pit, and outdoor TV. Would recommend a stay there, and we would return.

Great stay! Close to SMU & cute house
Very convenient location ! Close to stores & restaurants. I was visiting my son at SMU which was 5 mins away (by car). Very cute house ! Clean & the property managers were great , super helpful & communicative . My favorite room was the living room - great to hang out & watch movies ! I didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice . 😊

Winter Break
Very nice home in a great community just outside of Dallas. Traveled with family, 5 people in total and we were very comfortable. In between multiple college visits to SMU, UT, BU and TCU, my 3 boys enjoyed relaxing in pool and hot tub and sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. This was a great winter break getaway from the snowy/cold NYC and we are looking forward to our next Texas visit.

Lovely home with amazing amenities
This home is amazing. They thought of everything you could possibly need during a stay and then exceed your expectations. The house is clean and well organized. The back yard and patio are well kept and the pool is crystal clean and so relaxing. Communication with the owners was so easy and they responded to all my questions within minutes. I will definitely be staying here in the future.
