I stayed here while i visited the area for work. It was conveniently off the highway and buy plenty of dining options within a very short commute, if not walkable. There were a few very minor maintenance things that I noticed but it did not hinder my experience of this day period enjoyed the property and would recommend to family and friends.

The toilet would not flush, the sink water pressure was abysmal, barely any water came out. we had to fill the trash can with water from the shower to pour in the toilet tank in order to flush it. When front desk staff was told about these issues in the morning they had an attitude and didn’t care.

Everything was good until we checked out. On Expedia, it says checkout is at 12:00 pm however Tru by Hilton said checkout was at 11 am. The front desk lady on Sunday morning on 9/29/24 was very rude about this. It was not our fault that there was miscommunication about our check out. She was so rude and gave horrible customer service. Would not return because of her.
