Two nights in a row our water was cold, absolutely would not get hot at all. With two small children that was a difficult situation. Additionally, each time I called for towels I had to leave the room to go get them myself. Overall the stay was less than pleasant.

Bed was clean, water was hot and it was quiet. Those are the main things. Only negatives were that the TV wasn’t working and they had to come fix it. When we walked in, there were unfolded towels on the sink so not sure what happened there. And I like courtesy water when I check in but that wasn’t an option

it is not a luxury hotel but it has everything I needed. The manager accommodated early check-in (my travel plans changed a bit) and the receptionist was nice.

Average stay but good location
The location was great. Service was ok. I’m waiting for my guest bill as I checked out today. There were multiple Times I had to go down to front desk to Handle Issues that should have been handled with the person in charge of front desk. The bed was not comfortable.
