The good: It's clean. Maybe freshly remodeled? Laminate floors throughout. Full kitchen with washer and dryer. Plenty of storage. The bad: Where to start? The location isn't convenient to anything. Nothing. We stayed 2 nights. No housekeeping because our stay wasn't long enough. The smallest queen bed I've ever slept on. The smallest sink and basin I've ever seen! Airplane sinks are bigger than this! Barely enough to sit a man's toiletry bag, let alone anything for a woman. The couch was super uncomfortable. On our second night the lone elevator in the building stopped working. The walls are paper thin. For long stays it's probably great. It's definitely not designed for weekend getaways. Overall a very poor experience.

one bathroom had no plug for tub, ironing board, but no iron, slow internet and the worse was the screaming, cussing violent neighbors that kept part of us up all night!!! No answer at front desk, called 911 because of the hitting we heard and there were children!

Great place for the money. Has its own washer and dryer in the suite plus a full kitchen I mean full kitchen. You are able to bake that was nice since I was craving a cake. I went down to street to find a Kroger that was open til 1am. In the area there many other place to get things you have forgotten like a jacket. One day it can be hot in Texas and the next day it’s freaking cold. I was able to stuff to wash my clothes and not had to leave my room and worry about anyone removing my clothes from a washer or dryer. Great place for a long stay in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Property is off the busy road but close enough to every major restaurant and shopping outlet. The room was clean and spacious. Ask front desk for extra coffee or dishwashing tablets and they’ll give it to you. Everything worked, best bed out of any hotel I’ve been in! Will come again!

This property was simply amazing. We were in town for the Woman Evolve conference and was in a very safe, clean space. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms was perfect. We were from NC so skeptical about booking an air bnb so this gave the perfect home feel. We would recommend again and again. We would also book again. Staff was amazing. Location was very clean and there was nothing to be fearful about.
