This 3 bedroom 2 bath upper unit of a duplex has been recently renovated and furnished with all new furnishings, housewares and linens. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Both bathrooms have been stylishly redone with solid surface countertops, beautiful tile and new vanities. Central AC! Enjoy ocean views and breezes from the back deck or the front balcony. Property is tired and can use some fixing. Screen in master bedroom to balcony is broken and hard to use. Bring kleenex and shampoo as they are not provided. Kelli was very pleasant in helping us recover property (ring) left behind. Her kindness left us with a better feeling about our stay.

The condo is very nice and is clean and comfortable! The master bathroom is huge with a lot of counter space and the beds are extremely comfortable! The view of the ocean from the front balcony and the back deck are spectacular. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, pretty close to a grocery store if you want to prepare your own meals and coffee shops are nearby. Kelli is easy to communicate with and fast to respond.

The condo was spacious and exactly as advertised. Good location. Laundry is not in the unit, but readily available on the first floor with a washer/ dryer dedicated to the unit. Kitchen well supplied with pots and pans, cutlery, dish soap, sponges, dish washer packets. Would stay here again.
