DON’T STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Someone stole our computer from our room. We stayed there for a night from Saturday to Sunday in June. I chose the hotel because it had 4 stars and Expedia said it had parking. The first surprise is that DOES NOT HAVE PARKING, the receptionist sends you to a city parking that is 10-min. walking distance (add another 10 euros to your budget). BW will not pay it for you. The 4-star rating is an overstatement. The building is old, lacks proper maintenance. AC in rooms does not work. The coffee machine in the lobby does not work. We were given a room that had no soap and the shower drain was clogged. We asked for a room change and we got the room next door. Both (standard) rooms were small. At some point when we went briefly outside the room either that evening or the next morning, somebody entered our room, opened my backpack and stole our computer and its charging cord. Only that and for that reason we realized until we had left Orleans and had arrived to Paris. I have called the reception three times, I wrote an email… and so far, four days later, the Hotel has done nothing to help me. AVOID Best Western Hotel d’Arc. One of the worst hotel experiences in my life and I am a seasoned traveler.

Bien placé, bonne literie mais mal isolé
Literie très confortable, emplacement très bien en plein centre d'Orléans. Cependant les murs des chambres sont en papier, la mienne était placée à côté de l'ascenseur donc très agaçant de l'entendre sans cesse quand il est utilisé. Propreté mitigée dans la salle de bain.
