Ms front deck manager Christine Zheng, and all hotel staff included front deck staff, housekeeping, driver, night manager and restaurant team are very friendly, helpful and patient. All smiles and well greets Excellent to Holiday Inn and well done to your hotel team. One area of improvement for Expedia booking APP, information misleads and indicated the hotel located near Beijing Road Pedestrian Street (walking distance from hotel)….in actual fact it’s very far away @50 minutes from hotel….resulted need to traveling in and out via local taxi which cost @¥230 per trip (included ¥19 toll fee) or 2 ways ¥500 daily……Screenshot shared with Ms Christine Zheng. We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Guangzhou Airport Aerotropolis while in town for business and had a fantastic experience. The hotel provided exactly what we needed—a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to rest near the airport. One of the standout features was the complimentary airport transportation, which made our arrival and departure seamless. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing environment after a long day of meetings. Another highlight was the breakfast—absolutely delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning on future business trips to Guangzhou. Highly recommended!
