Welcome to The Tiffany Retreat! A beautiful totally private, relaxing, tranquil country oasis located in the center of the city of Daphne. It’s located less than 2 miles from the beach! The retreat has been completely remodeled and tastefully decorated for our guests. It has an open concept floor plan with comfortable furnishings, modern appeal and LV flooring throughout. This 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 1999 SF, mid century modern designed home is nestled on 2 acres of lush green landscaping and on its own private street. Here at The Tiffany Retreat, it is our goal for each guest to relax, recharge and enjoy themselves in utter peaceful Zen. Yet, if one chooses, he/she has the freedom to indulge in all of the excitement and modern conveniences that Daphne as well as the surrounding cities of Fairhope and Mobile have to offer. When our guests arrive, they will find plenty of free parking on the premises. They can drive directly up to the front of the house and park in the long driveway. There is also additional guest parking on the west side of property. Upon arrival, there is a large inviting front porch for guests to sit and relax. The retreat has been newly remodeled with a beautiful kitchen, updated bathrooms, lots of recessed lighting and a built-in electric fireplace in the family room. There are multiple spaces for entertaining inside and outside including on the new deck. The Tiffany Retreat is truly beautiful! It is surrounded by nature and yet located only approximately 5 minutes away from beaches, parks, fishing, waterfront dining and golfing. There are also hiking as well as walking trails, Mobile nightlife, entertainment venues and a plethora of shopping nearby including the Jubilee Shopping Center and so much more! The Tiffany Retreat is actually only a 53 minute drive to the beaches of Gulf Shores. They were just nominated in 2024 as having the most beautiful white sandy beaches in all of America!
The retreat is extremely comfortable both inside and outside and has plenty of enough seating throughout for all guests to dine, unwind, relax and have fun! There are 3 tv’s inside the retreat.. 2 in the common area and 1 in the 4th bedroom/den. There is WiFi, ROKU, cable and internet connectivity access. Yes, there is central heating, AC accessibility, plenty of storage and an LED wall wine bar. (There is no alcohol provided). Below the wine bar is a granite top desk and seating that can be used as a designated workspace. Within the open entertainment space, there is a large round bar style granite dining table that seats 4-6 guests. Next to the breakfast area, there is an extended granite kitchen island that seats an additional 6 guests. Then, there is a gorgeous large granite dining table that has an upholstery bench with seating space for 3. The dining table can also accommodate an additional 3 chairs for a total seating of 6 guests. The home has a fully equipped kitchen encompassing dishes, bowls, glassware, flatware, wine glasses, pots, pans, crockpot, toasters, grills, stove with a built in air fryer feature, easy touch style microwave, pizza trays, serving trays and serving platters. There are paper goods, paper towels and a free coffee/tea station with condiments for our guests. Please see pantry for guests complimentary welcoming basket. Because we want your stay to be exceptional! There is also a guest Welcome Guide/rule book located at the designated workstation. In the Welcome guide there is a list of rules, a section for local restaurant options and a section for you to leave your comments or suggestions for improvements to The Tiffany Retreat. You will find plenty of linen, mattress pads, comforters, blankets, pillows, towels, toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, conditioners, blow dryer, razors, area rugs and clothes baskets in each of the bedroom closets of the retreat. There is a laundry room as well with a washer, dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, laundry detergent, softener bleach. an iron, and board for guests to utilize. There is also a utility rack inside the laundry room stocked with a blender, mixer, toasters, electric broiler, crockpot and kids supplies for guests convenience.
The Tiffany Retreat has ample sleeping quarters for everyone, including a master bedroom with a king bed, seating area and a private bathroom. All other guests share the other 2 bathrooms both located in the hallways. There is a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed that sleeps 2. There’s a third bedroom with a full bed and 2 separate twin beds. Lastly, there is a 4th bedroom on the opposite end of the house near the half bathroom which has a queen size sofa bed with a tv and can also be used as a media room. Additionally, the oversized sofa in the living room can accommodate an extra guest for sleeping. (Upon advanced request, and at an additional cost, guests can request extra sleeping accommodations for 2 additional guests to sleep in the living room). All bedrooms rooms have blinds and blackout curtains, for a cozy nite of sleep.
Guests can exit through the back double doors at the breakfast/dining area that lead directly outside to sit on the deck and take in the aroma of fresh air. While staying at the retreat, guests will find multiple spaces all around the property to meditate, relax, lounge, bbq on the grill, sit around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, read, interact with nature, chat with family or simply listen to music.
NOTE: Guests will need to bring their own wood for the firepit and charcoal or propane for use of the outdoor grill. (The propane tank is provided and available upon advanced request) Neither charcoal, propane nor fire wood are supplied by The Tiffany Retreat. It is our goal at The Tiffany Retreat, to provide the ultimate relaxation experience for each of our special guests and to offer the perfect environment to enjoy a peaceful, recharging, revitalizing and comfortable stay for up to 12 guests.
