Not ready to rent as advertised.
1) You advertised this home would sleep 12. There were only two beds and two half bunks to sleep in. 2) The house smelled like it had a mouse infestation (collaborated by the numerous mouse traps we found set in the kitchen drawers, along with mouse turds in one.) No extra blankets to accommodate sleeping on the couches, so I slept in my clothes. At best the condition of the house would sleep 4 adults and 2 children. We had 6 adults and 2 children. Thankfully 4 adults backed out of our trip at the last minute and didn't come with us. It would have been a nightmare had they come along. Obviously, we would have had to go into Darby and rent a couple motel rooms. It looks to me like you were not really prepared to rent the house yet, you listed it thinking you still had time to get it ready. Full disclosure about the house would have disqualified your rental to us. A few additional comments: the shower and toilet were a mess (gross is probably a better description) and we cleaned them before we used them; the kitchen was questionable as to whether you could cook in it; moldy food in the refer; utensils were in poor shape, garbage can over half full. Needless to say we prepared no food there for fear of getting sick. It looked like someone was staying there right before us and never cleaned the place up entirely for new customers. If we were the first customers, it sure didn't look like it. Someone was staying there or had stayed there before us.
