Nice hotel. Premier lounge is terrific! Morning breakfast can be a frenzy, so pay attention to hotel advice regarding peak and non-peak times. Elevators are not synched, so they’re a very real mess, especially when tours are checking in and out.

Location was good. More xan be done with their service. We booked for triple occupancy, butcthey provided only for two. We have to constantly ask for additional provisions for the 3rd person. It would be better if they cleaned their entrance at night, when there are less people arriving. When we arrived in the middle of the afternoon, they were watering/cleaning the driveway. Our van was not allowed to drive up to the entrance, so we had to get down along the main road.

For sure not 5 star hotel
I would not class it as a 5 start hotel. There were issues with elevators, so it always took ages to get one. Breakfast - super basic and pastries not always fresh. Two nights I had sudden weird sounds come very loud - one was the internet related, other not even sure what. It would wake you up, that’s how loud it was.

Always a good place to stay, rooms very comfortable, wifi is excellent, great position and lovely staff. Only small downside is restaurant very limited and often not open. But so close to maby options outside so not a big issue.

Lovely hotel, pleasant staff. Ground floor eatery 5 stars for chicken Caesar salad! And Ice! need more ice in drinks! ATM in lobby! Win! Breakfast was kinda "meh" but plenty of "meh" to choose from. The big downer is the bathtub. Giant high walled tub that is treacherous to get in and out of for showering. A walk-in shower is more suited to a 5 star hotel.

The check in and check out was not my favorite. Very hectic and I was not sure what I should be doing. Thankfully my mother is Japanese and was able to converse with the hotel staff. Extremely convenient and well located place. I wish they would have offered coffe though in our room. They only had tea even when we called and inquired.
