Inflexible in a Covid world
Property needs some TLC and maintenance - pool had missing tiles and no lounges with very old chairs; manager was very inflexible with ‘No refund, No date change’ which is just not realistic in our Covid world. Someone else staying there paid $53/night and we paid $200/night plus a cleaning fee which was disappointing to hear. Wouldn’t recommend I’m afraid.
