AMERICAN MANOR is a beautiful four bedroom, four bathroom home located in The Manor at West Haven – a gated community in the prestigious ChampionsGate area that features a playground area for children and tennis courts.

The home features two master suites, each with a king-sized bed. Both master suites have corner tubs and separate shower and one features private pool-patio access. The third bedroom has two twin beds (NO TV). The fourth bedroom has two full sized beds
These bedrooms both have attached bathrooms as well, making American Manor an ideal home for any group!

The private pool and spa are conservation-backed and designed to maximize your privacy while you enjoy your time swimming, soaking, or sitting on the patio. The home offers complimentary wireless internet for your convenience.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. This house was absolutely beautiful. Great location if you’re going to Disney and the hot tub will help you relax after a long day walking in the parks. Would definitely stay here again. FYI the lawn care people come very early on Tuesdays.

Do Not Stay Here. Horrible experience.
I have to take this moment to write this, we were so disappointed with this place, the CDC Cleaning was not done when we came in, the sheets were dirty and just remade from previous use, there were hair on the sheets and crumbs of food. Not washed. I had to wash them on the first day, and I had to clean all the surfaces and wipe down the surfaces especially because of Covid. The kitchen sink faucet is broken and sprinkles water all over the place. And out of courtesy I wish there was some soap here, we did not bring soap with us thinking we will survive the first day with whatever is in the property and then go buy more, but not even a single soap in the property. There’s COVID going around, how can this house be this dirty and without any soap. Also, we were supposed to have several Garbage bags according to the sign on the fridge, but we had 1 garbage bag. The pool has frogs in it so we couldn’t use it. All I can say at this point is that please don’t do this to the next guests. Please clean the property, especially due to COVID CDC compliance. We are local so we checked out a day early. We are a family that vacations a lot, we have never had such a horrible experience.

The home was okay. Clean but alittle out dated. This home is being managed by 3rd party which made the check in not so welcoming. They wanted a physical check in which was very new to what I am normally use to. They want me to show up to there office before 5pm which was hard to do since I am in fl on vacation. I had to contact VRBO so they can contact management. Austin told me through email is I don't show up for a physical check in I won't be able to check in and I will get charged for the day. Be careful renting homes like this.

Beautiful Location
We have stayed in this estate for the past 5 years and unfortunately this villa was not up to the same standard. First impressions were great until we opened the bedroom door to find that the walk-in wardrobe had one door missing with the surround loose from the wall and in pieces. No explanation was given for this when reported to management company. The air conditioning was not working in part of the house and the management company told us it had also broken the week before. The mesh screen covering the pool was damaged and was allowing insects into the pool area. Other reviews say that televisions in the bedrooms did not work, we tried these and must say that these were infact working. With a little bit of work this villa could be a wonderful vacation home.

The second half of the holiday was ruined by lovebugs due to their being holes and large tears in the mesh . due to it being old and a lack of maintenance even though it looked lovely.the lovebugs and other flying insects kept getting into the pool area thus spoiling our time around a large pool area and lovely pool .

The home is WONDERFUL! Staff were so accommodating to us when an unexpected emergency happened and everyone was unable to attend the reserved days. There is one rude and snipey lady in the office that they should keep away from their phone lines and customers but besides that I loved my stay 😊

Hello all. The home was beautiful with a nice quite natural area in the back yard in a nice well kept gated community. The home was immaculate and clean, beds very comfortable, 2 sliding door locks did not work only for a push-up pin keeping doors closed. NOW FOR SHORT COMINGS- 1) Do not expect a heated pool! I called the management company 2 hours prior to arrival and ask lady on phone "was the pool heat been turned on for 24hrs, the answer was "the pool is heated",,, twice same answer. It takes at least 24hrs to heat 10,000 gallons of water depending on heater temp. Needless to say the pool was COLD AND THE HEATER NOT ON! Upon calling management ref pool heat someone came out and turn heater up to 103. Upon arriving at 9pm pool COLD because only thing heating was the spa, pool pump not turned on for hot water to circulate into pool. Situation not rectified. HEATER IS ON A SHORT SEVERAL HOUR TIMER. 2) In reading previous 6 month reviews, it was mentioned the ONLY TELEVISION WORKING IN THE HOME WAS THE LIVINGROOM, no bedroom televisions working. 2 calls later and never rectified before departure. Otherwise ENJOY YOUR STAY
