With no neighbors to the rear of the home, you’ll truly feel like you’re in your own secluded and tropical paradise! When you’re ready to venture out beyond the home to, say, one of the nearby theme parks, you’ll be just a short distance away from all the fun and adventure you can handle. Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet, dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower tub combo.

• This home offers driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles (3 if compact). Parking passes are required and will be provided upon arrival. Parking on the grass or street is strictly prohibited.
• The pool can be heated for an additional $39 per day, recommended in the winter months. Please note that if requested, the pool will need to be heated for your entire stay. At least 24 hours’ advanced notice is required.
• BBQ Grill Rental is available for an additional flat fee of $115. At least 24 hours’ advanced notice is required.
• This home is equipped with an exterior Ring security camera system, monitoring the driveway & entryway.
• Please note that there are natural water features behind the home, inclusive of native wildlife. Supervision of children is recommended at all times.
