The bed looks like it wasn’t cleaned then we had ants crawling all over our bed and wall and ME!!! The hotel changed our room and that room had SPIDERS in the bathroom!!!!! I’M DEATHLY AFRAID OF SPIDERS!!! I WILLNEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!

Between the time I made my reservation and checked in the pet fees went from $10 to $20.00per pet. Would not honor the original price. Also, now the say they have a limit of one pet per room. That is different from when I made my reservation also. Room was not as clean as I expected for the price charged.

Thought we had a handicap room. When we got there they told us no pets in the handicap rooms. Our daughter had a difficult time. She couldn't even get a shower. I feel they were discriminating.
