The carpet is filthy in the room and the hallways. Stained and haven’t been vacuumed in forever. The bathroom, specifically the shower area, had mold and buildup in the corners and outside the doors. The soap dish on the sink had soap build up on it. The towels smelled. The housekeeping is seriously lacking. You could hear people stomping on the floor above you so it was hard to get to sleep. The walls were paper thin.

I've stayed here before. Centrally located in Xenia. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. Descent breakfast options. Great staffing. Just minutes from Central State University, Wilberforce University and the Afro American Museum. I met a few guests who said the bike trails were good. I travel alone and feel very safe here.

Family staff walking around. I heard another customer tell the staff that the bed was not clean and looked like someone sleeped in the bed and the refrigerator was dirty. I think the rooms can be more cleaned. We had friends staying there and I had 3 rooms for the homecoming for cedarville

Works had family in the offices with kid’s running around. My room was not vacuumed. My sheets did not smell clean. I went to Walmart to get Lysol wipes and Clorox wipes to clean the room myself. I had teenage kids flying in and asked to make sure the room stays open and they gave it away. Had to put my kids down the hallway

The only negative was house keeping. The were supposed to come every other day. We were there Tuesday to Friday. Had to go to front desk for fresh towels and we emptied our own trash. Amenities were not restocked.

Property had no power and no back up generator. We were told we could not check in because the staff had no way to confirm booking. A business of this size should at least have a backup power system to power lights and electronics at the very least. Also expedia should have as part of its operation a confirmation from booking hotel so they are aware of problems. Thos hotel had been without power for over 7 hours before we arrived after driving out of helene in NC and being on the road for 10 hours.

This room was reserved in advance, by my husband and I for our adult son for the bicycle conference we were attending. Initially, it was quite disappointing because he was put in a room that should not have been in use.. it had a torn apart dysfunctional air conditioner unit. With the temperatures in the high 80s and 90s, it was a very hot room and very disappointing that our son was put in this room and not in a functional proper room. However the manager, Stewart, redeemed the situation by giving us a refund when it was all said and done. However, our recommendation to the hotel is not to put customers in rooms like these. But we are grateful that they at least gave a refund for the room.

We were in town for a bicycle conference. We had a wonderful experience and time at the hotel. The one issue we did have with my son's room, the manager (Stewart) handled well with great customer service. We would definitely stay here again if we come back into town for the bike Conference next summer, and we would highly recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a great place for your family to stay.

Well there was a power outage due to severe weather and on Friday no electricity. Staff accommadated us and moved us to 1st floor. My mother is 90 snd could not clumb stairs since no elevator. Staff was always available and manager on site. Hoping we get compensation for friday due to no electric.
